Brighter Worlds is a whimsical fantasy tabletop RPG with modular crunch. It is my attempt to bridge the gap between GMs (and players) who want minimal rules in fast, lightweight systems with players who want a more involved character creation, and fiddly rules to muck around with. Each Calling (class) has it's own set of rules that (mostly) don't interact or involve anything else in the book. So each player only has to worry about the things on their own Calling's page. Each of the (currently) fifteen Callings is designed to appeal to a different sort of player. Ranging from the Alchemist, for players who are constantly collecting every plant and animal part they find to mix together into potions. to the Cleric of Small Gods for players who prefer free form magic systems over spell lists.
Players act as fearless explorers of the Mediterranean of the Mythical Age, studded with mysterious islands, thick forests, legendary creatures, labyrinths and dangers.

This is a Souls Like Cairn Hack in mini zine format. It's about a group of dead soldiers gathering people and resources to overthrow tyrants.
From the Mud is a TTRPG and it assumes that you're familiar with other games in the genre.
Keep it safe The oppression of marginalized people is part of the theme of the game. But make sure that it appears as a thing to be confronted. Talk to your players about the topics that you want to explore and make sure everybody is always comfortable.
You are an adventurer, a laborer, a wanderer, and a monster hunter. As a member of the International Brotherhood of Itinerant Sellswords (IBIS), you travel the rails of The Western States, selling your skills to whatever Neighborhood, Town Council, Grange Hall, or whoever will pay you for your next meal. You are a knight of the rails.
It’s a dangerous, precarious life, and probably not one you had planned to enter, but the people need your help. And righteousness is its own reward. Right?

Ancient burial sites of some long lost order whose greatest wonders would never stand up to modern marvels. They seem identical to a thousand other forgotten places burrowed in the earth like the husks of long-dead beetles.
They are not what they seem.

Further along the river, according to ancient legends, lies an underground realm, a gigantic cavern so immense that inside it grew a dense forest of giant mushrooms. Inhabited by countless plants and animals, the likes of which can be found nowhere else.
Legends further say that an ancient, wise people once built a temple there. There are said to be still rich treasures there, almost forgotten by time and waiting to be discovered by brave adventurers.
