Sandbox Games

This collection has games which I personally tagged as Sandbox Games.

My concept of what is a Sandbox: "You'll be given creative liberty in this world we have made to customize your experience in it by making your own choices on what to do and what to not do, without being forced to follow a single narrative given to you in order to progress or acquire better tools, equipment or upgrades".

Therefore, this list is presented to you with some games I've played that do provide this creative liberty to customize your way of playing them. Turn the world around you in our own particular playground!

Influencing is a Sandbox game with a Western artstyle. You can make your character from scratch and have him completely customized in a world of randomly generated characters. While playing the game, you can go to many locations in order to get money, or to improve your attributes and make it easier to influence other people. This kind of influence comes in many shapes, be it intelligence, charisma, strength or even money.

Some of it's main features are still unavailable and were said that will be added in future updates, but it is still a fun game to pass the time. The aesthetic doesn't appeal to me, but it may appeal to you.

WOA: One way of quickly raising your influence is to discover the things your partner likes and talk about them with a certain frequency.

Hole Dweller is a game where you control a massive drill, and uses it to explore the world around you and harvest its materials in order to satisfy and create the perfect harem of beast girls. During the game, you'll encounter up to 7 diffferent creatures, ready to satisfy you and your carnal needs, as well as multiple items meant to customize them to your heart's content.

WOA: It is recommended for you to invest in Drills and Villages. While drills make it easier to reach the end of the hole (which is important in order to gather resources from afar), the Villages will help you preserve your stamina while travelling from one place to the other. The more you invest in your drilling skills, the easier it'll be to gather materials.

Strive for Power is an RPG type game with Sandbox and Management elements added to it. During the gameplay, you'll have to acquire and train slaves in order to help you satisfy your needs, as well as help you during quests. The controls take some time to learn the ropes, around 15-30 minutes of gameplay, but once you get acquainted to them, the rest of the game becomes easier by default.

WOA: Keep your gold saved up for supplies, equipment and training, since these investments will make the game easier to progress.

Strive: Conquest is the sequel for the previous game, Strive for Power, where you're in charge of a harem of slaves meant to train and teach skills useful for your quests and more personal services. This game possesses RPG elements which will take some time to get used to, but after around 15-30 minutes of gameplay, you'll start getting a hang of it.

WOA: Like the first game, it is suggested to keep your gold for equipment and essential supplies, since they'll help you progress faster throughout the game.

School Game is a sandbox game where you're in your teen days and going to school with a handful of randomly generated classmates that you can befriend, antagonize, harass and fuck (they can be customized before starting the game, but I rarely done that during my runs). In this world, you're expected to become an independent person and find ways of living your live to the fullest with what you can get. Your wallet is an important ally, which you'll need to keep full in order to progress in some parts, as well as acquire useful items and upgrades.

In this game, you'll also have plenty of pretty girls to help grow and show their true selves to the world, or if you're feeling more evil, to help corrupt and help destroy their dreams for your own gain.

WOA: It is important to invest your gains in talismans sold in the Temple in order to increase your luck. Despite it having no apparent effect right off the bat, it helps you to find and gain money more easily when working or searching for it on the Beach.

In this game, you'll acquire an advanced sex robot in a dystopian scenario where your choices will impact in the outcome of many people you'll come across with. My personal advice is to save constantly in order to avoid making bad choices and being forced to cope with them, specially during important quests. The longer you play the game, the more self-conscious the robot will become, and the more tools you'll have to customize and create the perfect robotic girlfriend.

WOA: Be careful with how much cash you spend. By the end of the week, you'll have to keep a certain amount to pay the landlord, or it'll end up in a Game Over. There's multiple ways of acquiring money, be it working everyday, or constantly recording yourself fucking the robot, or even getting lucky while buying some stocks in the market when cheap and selling them when they're expensive.

The game of Daggan involves you creating a character from scratch, who will act as the Chieftain of the village. By default, you're also provided with a partner who you can breed in order to acquire more followers, and once you have a substantial number, the process can be automatized by having them to breed each other. It has a lot of roguelike survival elements, where you must be careful not to die and start again, but as you keep acquiring new skills and blueprints, the stronger you and your followers shall become, and the easier the game will get.

WOA: Since I've played only the demo version, I don't know what changed and what was kept. During my experience, I can say that having at least 2-3 followers during the beginning of the game is already a decent time saver, since it'll help you acquire materials more quickly and also keep you safe from the monsters.
