appearently this is like undertale and although i have not finished undertale i still liked it so why not try this game

this game looks super cute and fun and i rly want to try it UGH IM SO MAD THAT ITS A SCHOOL NIGHT.
ok so the only reason i put this in my collections is because i had a game idea. so basically the player has to tell the protagonist what to do, but they can't control them fully. like if the protag doesnt want to do something they can choose not to and you would have to find ways to convince them or force them to do it. im not sure how much control you would have however im thinking that you can interact some of the objects around the protag but not the protag themselves.
To make the protag do things that they are less comfortable with you would have to build a relationship with them. there would be a meter saying the state of your relationship and the choices you make can lessen the relationship as much as it can highten it. (like if you push the protag with an object, forcing them in a room they don't want them to go into it will cause your relationship to plummet)
you wont be able to read their thoughts but you can talk to them through their mind. im not sure what the protag would be like maybe you would be able to choose who you want them to be on the title screen.
im also thinking that a co-op mode would work but instead of the protag being an npc it would be the other person playing. this in kinda a reverse stanley parable where you are the narrator in the story. idk if it would be a horror or not but i cant see it being a romance.
i like the idea of a protag that is bad at listening to instructions so it would be very difficult to get them to listen to you (maybe each character you pick has a different level of difficulty based on how much they listen to you.)
omg a cute thing to put in it is the protag is being bullied or smth and to affect your relationship you can save them from the bullies by hitting them with certain objects or you can help the bullies out.
I like the idea of being the "villain" in their story where you get them to do things that hurt the protag and force them to do things they are not comfortable with. there would be different endings that happen based on how you have interacted with the protag.
