Collection of various TF-heavy games I've played and enjoyed that primarily feature MM content.
Other notable games that are not currently on itch.io include Dormaus Valley, Corruption of Champions, Trials in Tainted Space, and Hard Times in Hornstown.
This game has a huge variety of TFs, and mixes elements of dating sims and management sims. It has multiple storylines involving repeat clients and clinic employees. Content is predominantly MtF and MF/FF, but has more than enough MM and FtM content to make it universally fun and engaging.

Short and sweet. Several transformation paths and activities. Some MM content, and MF can be avoided.

Short and sweet. No overtly sexual content - WYSIWYG. Player character is a werewolf and can either attempt to subdue their impulses or lean into them. Multiple endings to find.

Less TF game, more dating sim. I find myself avoiding the transformations and just enjoying the artwork.

Perfect blend of difficult card game, engaging transformation system, and multiple endings/storylines. This game is incredibly well executed. Very excited to see more from BerylForge.

An entirely MM game that specifically revolves around growth and does it extremely well. There's an overarching storyline and a form of prestige system, with achievements that carry over between playthroughs. Combat can be somewhat frustrating but with specific perks becomes trivial.

An intriguing combination of RPG, dating sim, and management sim. I personally found the curse of debt to have the most engaging gameplay out of the 4 available curses, but this game has a lot of potential in all its current variants.
