Multiplayer TTRPG

a collection by spacewhales · last updated 2023-12-02 21:49:27

Here's a list of games, mostly from TTRPGs for Trans Rights in Texas, that are multiplayer. For when there's time for a one shot and heads are empty.

a time loop heist game.
A TTRPG about not being a wizard
Fractal Game of Epic Histories

Ran this game as a oneshot with people with a range of some to no TTRPG experience. It was a good way to get people used to roleplaying because it's done in a more narrative author view.

a hotel california themed firebrands hack.

Ran this once for scary games week. I liked the system of taking turns doing scenes with each other. I also liked how each character's ending was dictated by other players.

a nightmare tug of war

Ran this on Halloween, and it was a good time. I wonder how to make the turns less repetitive.

A pastoral fantasy tabletop RPG about traveling animal-folk and the way they change with the seasons.

This is one of my favorite games to play and run. Wanderhome deserves all the praise it gets, it's just a genuinely fun and nice time. Works really nicely for one shots as well as campaigns.

A dice-stacking ttrpg about kicking down doors and smashing corporate oligarchy

This game rules! I ran a one shot of Leverage in this system, and it was super fun. Rules as written are kind of vague, but I chose to have one tower for everyone in the planning phase and then one tower each during the heist (I would change this for future games).  The different stages are super satisfying and build the tension very nicely!

A magical transforming heroes RPG.

Played this as a one shot, fun concept and mechanics. The rulesbook is kind of wordy, there isn't really a good way to see quick descriptions of every general move.

A Zero-Prep, One-Shot TTRPG for 4 Players
incomplete/placeholder page for a lasers and feelings hack about science amphibians
The world's only game about being a bug and piloting the discarded exoskeleton of another bug! (I think.)
This is a short TTRPG I made.
Print-n-play TTRPG about a family of giants, their feuds, and a prophesy that spells doom. Inspired by Welsh Mythology
High seas adventures aboard ratfolk pirate ships!
A single page 5e TTRPG
A fully illustrated 5e adventure with 2 music tracks, 4 battlemaps, 3 magic items, and 3 monsters with tokens.
A one page, mega-dungeon crawling TTRPG
a chaotic micro RPG where you act out of character
The 2nd iteration of the simple, easy, adaptable Gambit system
Plant the seeds of deceit, harvest the flesh.
How will you leave your mark on the map?
A short dungeon crawl compatible with MÖRK BORG.
The suave and dastartly villain known as Earl Grey has struck again! Can you stop him?
A Descended from the Queen game that focuses on queer relationship dynamics
Ask yourself, “What would someone who sucks do right now?” Do that.
A table top RPG inspired by super powered heroes and their stories.
