I have curated some of my favourite english otome games for you. This is all I can remember right now off the top of my head, but what's here so far should keep you occupied for a while.

The only ones checking out is The adventures of Mr Xolga and Toko (1 and 2) and anything that ends with the word "sim date", although my favourite of those ones is Memory Day Sim date.
Itchio is a rlly good website to find these types of games, but also https://www.englishotomegames.net/ has a pretty good database.
I played this recently and it's super short and sweet while still having decent writing and story.
Good story. Can you tell I like fantasy themed games?? Story rich but can be a bit cringe at times
This one is more slice of life. You get to play god and customise this man as you wish.
Dark fantasy with elves. This one is my fav that came out this year; good story and character customisation
This one is suuuper long and high fantasy. It was preceded by another game called Acension which I loved and honestly think is better (maybe nostalgia), but it was deleted with the flash conversion :(

This a post-apocalyptic world and the art is kinda bad, but super nostalgic and very good story.
