i like to yap, indulge me.
if my notes on the game aren't very good or intuitive its probably because i haven't played the game in awhile. BUT FEAR NOT for i plan on remedying this problem ASAP!
I really like this game: like wayyy to much, its perfect, its unnerving in the most fantastic way
I really liked this game, something about a simple yandere visual novel just makes me so happy. Though that's not exactly a good thing as that's kind of all the game had to offer; simplicity. Now not every game has to some dark romance, mind exercise nonsense but i feel this game was a bit predicable..? the only twist i didnt really expect was that Mychael didnt eat the player's cat, i fully expected him to do so, but other then that this game- in my opinion, is short and sweet, very pleasant and oh so beautiful but not to expect much from it, intellectually.
I think this is one of the best visual novels ive ever played! The beginning story is very simple and perfect to build your own story on top of telling as you play as two main characters rather then one! How quaint! Every single playthrough is unique and its kind of hard to get the same daughter twice, and even if you do the experiences they have through their lives are wholly different making every game deliciously fresh.
AUHHHHHHG, I used to LOVE the bloody painter as a kid like,, his actual story was the only one that i went out of my way to actually read, NO OTHER creepypasta got that treatment. I was soososososo HAPPY when one day i though "i wonder what happened to my fav creepypasta" and i found this. AND ITS MADE BY THE OG CREATOR??? this is like candy for my lovely eyes.
Ahem; other then that, this game has a very intriguing story and very pleasant endings (even the bad ones!). Though in my opinion the menus do need some tweaking as it was a bit difficult to navigate- the save/load feature didnt translate with the rest of the game which is *defiantly* not a good thing. but who am i to judge i got through it,,,
While i did have to look up a tutorial on some of the puzzles *but* its less then i normally have to look up when it comes to games like this. This game struck a fine balance between challenging and demeaning and i appreciated that. Otherwise, very enjoyable, thee ending made me cry ^^
At first i really hated this game, not because it had poor story telling or poor graphics but rather because of this GODLY DICKHEAD that was plastered on the front page. And that's a good thing! if i had such a visceral reaction that means that the writers accomplished something that most can only dream of: really making an impact with its audience.
The first routes you play as yourself and get the classic romance visual novel experience that you would expect but after that you get basically a whole NOVEL'S worth of game where you play as Sonic, Shadow and Silver. Its an idea that I've never seen before and i honestly am pretty disappointed that I've never seen it anywhere else?? but during these routes you get to see Zielo in a completely different light, adding more empathy and nuance to his character and making him more LIKEABLE with every playthrough!! HUZZAH! <3
Same vibes as the entirety of ewwabug's reblog,, blog but like,, a lot sweeter i absolutely love it,, didnt like how mean Lera was to Nika :(
I played this with one of my friends on discord and during the playthough my air conditioner had a gas leak. Other then that it was a good game! <3
me and my discord friend loved it,, though the Rorschach test section was hard,,,
Learn to live together! Sadly the stories told of happy cohabitation don't carry that well into the realistic real world. This is a brutally disappointing game that shows the brutally disappointing nature of both mankind and even a made-up alien species. Now im not saying "disappointing" in a negative way but rather as a way to convey how upsetting it is to try your absolute hardest to lead all three species to a happing ending only to realize that cohabitation is hard and *functional* is even harder. its a crushingly realistic tale that somehow makes me want to retreat into my magic imaginary world just like real life. How Quaint!
Now the elephant in the room, this game does make heavy use of A.I art for the alkian side of the story, now that's truly disappointing. i understand that the reason why it was used was to give the alkian side of the story a "unsettling" feel, which was defiantly accomplished. I still do love this game very dearly and that bit just makes me feel,,, bad,,,
