I never really thought about it but I guess this is a collection of games that fit the title categories that I would recommend to anyone who likes games that fit the title categories.
I don't usually like Twine games for this kind of thing, but this one is high enough quality and has good enough pictures that it actually gets me off, which makes it 5 stars in my book.
So glad that the unawareacles trend managed to have a game made that is worthy of this list!

Not much content yet (~1-3 hours if you look for dialogue), but this is one of the most promising stuffing/WG RPG maker games I've seen. Great art, great writing, great soundtrack (because the tracks are great songs stolen from great games lol). Genuinely funny and charming writing, and I don't say that lightly.
God, this is hot. Bonus: the gameplay is largely based on one of the best games of all time, Slay the Spire, so even though it's (with love) an amateur butchering of the mechanics, it's still lots of fun. Really hope this gets further development.
Another one of the hottest and most real-game-like entries on this list, just watching the progression of pregnancy is enough for me, and there's an actual game here on top of that!
Game Jam game, where your inventory is your body and you stuff things into it to hold them, it's such a great concept and I really hope it gets iterated on.
One of the most well-developed games in this collection. A shock that it's free. It's also hot AF although it's a little hard to get off while you're doing estimation and essentially math in your head to correctly fill the orders
Of all of the games on this list, or indeed that I've seen on this site, this is the only one worth the $15 price tag. I have a rule that I don't pay for porn unless it is something extraordinary that I can't get anywhere else, and this is that. The itch page is quite outdated, but it's on Steam and has workshop support, it has plenty of expansion, growth of boob/cock/balls, pregnancy, inflation, and even growth/shrinking to macro/micro size.
It even has multiplayer, and I never thought I would want to play a fetish game with other people, but it really works here, since you have an obvious goal for everyone to contribute to and everyone can just do their own thing if they want and still help each other. One of my favorite things to do is shrink to the minimum size and just surreptitiously watch what people do, though I do end up getting involved, typically.
This is the only porn game I've ever spent money on, and I do not regret it one bit. The workshop support means that people can make it even better, and people have made maps and models and such for it that are phenomenal.
Buy it on itch.io, you'll get a Steam key with your purchase, but you can just play it from the itch download if you don't want any chance of your Steam friends finding out (without setting your profile to full private). I wish Steam gave more options for privacy as far as that is concerned.
There's not that much of these fetishes in here, but there's enough to warrant including it as a rather high quality text-based RPG with decent character customization and actual graphics to go with the text.
You can be impregnated by basically anything, be cumflated by I think literally only one thing, and there is at least one section with hyper breasts and/or cock, and you can be permanently slightly thiccer from an event accessed by bottling fairy dust and using it in the deepest part of the woods.
