(Also, the creator is French, and may not be fully aware of words’ connotations in English — the most recent release includes the R-slur, but the author plans to change that after being informed that it can be harmful.)

Feels like it was made by straight people, but I found it quite enjoyable nonetheless. Fair amount of content.

Other characters: humans (and elves), optionally monsters (orcs, tentacles, TODO), and optionally animals (wolves/dogs, horses, tiger). Just about all the non-human characters are male. Humans are a mix of male and female, but also trend in the male direction. No canonically trans characters.
Plot/gameplay vs. porn:
Kinks/fetishes: general D/s-iness (from either side), exhibitionism, voyeurism, cum, feet, monsters, bestiality, pregnancy. I think all of them are optional?

Other characters: humans and synthetic lifeforms, most of whom are also trans women or non-binary. Almost entirely femme or androgynous.
Plot vs. porn: there is plenty of both, and I honestly would still recommend this game even if it only contained one or the other!
Kinks: too many and varied to list! They tend to lean in the subby direction, but there’s some content for everyone.
Content warnings: It's been too long since I last played through it, so I can’t reliably remember. But in general, the sex scenes allow you to say “no” to anything that is about to happen, and there’s never any judgement from the game or characters if you make use of that.
Dungeon mechanics are a little odd, but once you figure out how it works it's fun and I love the stories and writing!
