Moons Among Us is a game about a universe that is vast and unknowable, and being tasked with knowing it, and how knowing the universe is necessarily an endeavor to know yourself, because you are vast and unknowable. The universe reflects your will to see it, it is seen through your eyes, it is seen as your will, the stars and nebulae are your organs, the memories that fade and ripple, only to collapse into new memories, pulsating with life and complexity that, you must accept will not truely be known no matter how long you look at it. But, as you move forward, the knowing you have will further tint that which you come to know. No moment stands an island in the flow of one self.
This is intended to be a fast game, an activity to quickly rack up a success that you can roll forward into other work. You will draw 3 or 4 cards to direct you through an experience between you and the moon. You could probably play this game directly into twitter but that might take longer
A Short Stay is a game I made while/after reading Girls' Last Tour. The Great Machine is a place of scale, and difficulty, that cares for you and needs you to care back, but does not explain itself in simple words. You must live with it and come to know it through presence. The game is a lot of things, it's these last years, it's a mockery of isekai tropes, it's the experience of being an introvert, I'll describe it in more ways over time and it came out of nowhere for me.
The universe is a process of beginnings, but with limited materials it must also be a process of ends, and we too form to reform to dissolve again and become something all together new.
