Trapped on a small farm, you'll quickly finding your mind and body succumbing to a M human -> feral donkey transformation in this Twine-based adventure.
There are currently 35 distinct endings (plus a few variations for most of them based on how TFed you were when you triggered the ending), the vast majority of which will leave you as a braying jack.

The sequel/reboot Reset Day is much better than this, but it's not as good of a fit for this list. If you hadn't already played Transubstantiation Synthesis, the TF elements in Reset Day would be fairly hard to spot. Dronification is the focus of both.
If you do play this one, definitely use Cheat Engine to speed it up. The walking speed is glacial.
