Made for the GameMaker's ToolKit 2024 Game Jam, Heather, Michael and I made this in about half the time allotted, which meant we had a lot of time for polishing. I'm very pleased with our results! I focused on sound design and music, but I also had a hand in game design and some UI development.

This was a fantastic project to work on! Made in 2 days for 2022's GMTK game jam, I made the sounds and ran them through FMOD, then worked with an engineer to get them implemented in-game. Having to rapidly work through a bunch of technical problems was stressful, but a lot of fun, and I'm really proud of what we made.

Boy, I've been doing work for Planturi since mid-2021, and I've been loving it! The whole team is super communicative and quick to get back to me with feedback on what they're looking for! I couldn't ask for a better project to fall into!

This was a great project to work on! Knowing the jam's theme beforehand was a huge help, as it let us dial in what we wanted our tone to be in the day or so of preproduction! The tone was important to this one, both in recreating a particular style and evoking a mood.

The first game I worked on, and it still blows me away! The programming powerhouse of Cole, Thomas, and Anthony was a sheer spectacle! I loved the mechanic and the way that sound melded with gameplay.

We didn't have time to make the music loop thanks to a miscommunication early on in production, but I had a great time making the squelching sounds of the blob's movement, the eerie buzz of the lasers, and the music, though it was exported a little quiet.
