A great start to a game, worth keeping an eye on
A promising demo with great character artwork, a good (beginning of a) story, personalities that feel real, and both Read and Freeroam mode that so far seems to complement eachother nicely.
After 2.5hrs gameplay: A game with an engaging storyline from the start, that makes you actually curious to learn more, and makes you anticipate what the secrets are, when being slowly delivered, instead of making you frustrated that there aren't any answers to be had. The characters feel like friends, and possible romantic partners, or as much as a VN can manage. It is also up to the reader/player to suspend some disbelief when reading/playing a fantasy. The guy friends doesn't feel like total creeps you can't stand and can't get away from, they actually feel like friends, and you actually feel torn between choosing the women or the guy friends.
The game also has a few fourth-wall-breaking comedic events that are spot on for the mood of the game.
A good storyline that never feels forced or stale, about a man reborn in another body and life, with the help of a shinigami (japanese for death god(s)/god(s) of death). The character models are wonderfully created, none of them feels uncanny in any way, not even Shinigami when she has pink eyes with heart-shaped pupils, and horns.
All the characters feel as real as an AVN can make a character feel real. You feel differently about each of them, and want to help all of them for different reasons, and you want to be with them all for different, but also the same reasons.
A game with several choices that have real consequences, and several stories/paths with many different fetishes, and the overarching theme is BDSM.
Hilarious! Enraging! Cute! Over the top! Screwed up! Genius!
Packed full of kinks, sexual preferences and fetishes, with very visible markings to allow you to avoid those you don't care for. The music choice in this game is what takes this game from a great VN to a genius VN. The dev has chosen some tracks I absolutely hate, and even those are perfect for the situations they are played in, and I consider that extremely high praise.
It is not much of a story to the game yet, beyond your military induction and flashbacks, but that doesn't mean there isn't hints about a story, that judging by what we've seen so far, will be nothing like what you'd expect, and still be exactly what you desire, while laughing your ass off, cursing the dev for the sore gut you'll have.
A game with wonderful graphics, and a suitably surreal storyline set in a close sci-fi future, where we get to see several environments, from fantasy to cyberpunk. And because of the overall storyline about the Gems of Doom, none of them feel jarring, or out of place, thereby ruining the player's immersion.
The Main Character of course starts at Level 1, having no experience playing Eternum, but isn't just a McGuffin to propel the story forward, his character and abilities grow, while never forgetting the support of his friends, or being entirely dependent on them.
The women have different personalities that you can't help but care about. The authorative characters are just that, not bossy and demanding, the cute characters aren't too cotton-candy-cute. One of my pet peeves with many AVNs is that the female characters don't care that they invade MC's privacy, and never gets called on it. This game is not like that. Whenever a woman has opened the door without knocking, it has still been expected to see them there, they aren't just rushing in for no reason whatsoever.
Hoping the story will be resolved as masterfully as it has progressed thus far.
A game that has taken me from difficult moral choices, to gutwrenching laughter several times. The art is glorious, the characters feel real, and though some triggers may be hard to find, the feeling is always one of progression. At the moment, don't play the Hammer Time game in Book 3 if on Android, it's a gamebreaking bug, and requires deleting the appdata to continue playing. This forces you to start all over again.
At v0.05.31 the story is short, but captivating
A game with several different personalities that presents several opportunities for gameplay. It can be a bit difficult in the beginning, but well worth the effort to delve into.
Good game with a good escalation of lewd actions. There is an element of grinding to acquire the required in-game currency, but it's quite easy, just a tad dull. The characters have their own personalities, making the game interesting.
Intriguing story, well-written characters and protagonist. Eagerly awaiting the next update.
Dark magic, demons, conspiracies, sexy girls
A great story of demonic rituals and powers, where you don't feel like a McGuffin that's there simply to propel the story forward, but actually a participant.
Your two main conspirators are very similar, yet delightfully different enough that they feel like two characters, even like the sisters they're portrayed as.
The suspense of the story keeps you interested through several playthroughs, and the supernatural elements don't feel out of place, intrusive or overpowering, there is just enough.
A game based on the dichotomy of Good/Evil, where the protagonist can easily die, or just as easily impress by defeating enemies you shouldn't (according to the gamestory) be able to defeat. Choices have consequences.
