if you like my stuff, here are the games that inspire them.
i enjoy both small games with interesting mechanics that make you want more, and immersive experiences that leave a lasting feeling on the player.
letters in front show what makes these games inspiring to me:
e = experience
m = mechanics
E:
so immersive, providing a short yet meaningful experience and conveying passion for a niche sport. personally, i hate ice skating. but this game brought me into a world of elegance and beauty.
E:
the most beautiful game about touching grass :)
i couldn't stop playing this game until the end, something me and the MC had in common
E:
poetic and inspiring, a breath of fresh air
please turn off the lights :)
M:
addicting little game, and hard as all get out. expected nothing less from kultisti.
M:
takes a minute to understand, but a really interesting play once you get it. press and HOLD space to get started.
M:
hard as crap but addicting mechanics
agh love to hate it
still haven't beat it...
E:
a very beautiful take on going outside after lockdown. brings me back to late 2020
cecile's lil bitsy poems are beautiful, bringing you a zen experience with thoughtful environments and wonderful pacing. seeing these experiences go 3D was breathtaking.
E:
wholesome cute multiple endings all good
E:
cozy cooking game where the traveler is friendly and makes you feel warm.
