Kinda fell in love with this as soon as I saw it. I used to drive a tank for a living, and I still lvoe the things. watabu can be counted on to create interesting procedural generation stuff, and this is no exception!
There are no words, except that I love demakes, and it's pretty impressive what you can do with Pico.
watabou strikes again with yet another fabulous generator. For the less artistically inclined or cartographically interested fantasy would builders out there, this is a must-use tool. The maps look great, there are lots of great options, and I basically just love it.
Honestly, one of the creepier games I've ever played. It's not long, and it's all atmosphere - no jump scares here. It's not exactly scary, just... get-under-your-skin creepy.
I love Roguelike action games with persistant improvements, and this one is amazing. The lighting mechanic makes it very difficult - downright unforgiving in places - but that's half the fun!
Holy crap. This is the coolest little emulator/toy I've come across in recent memory. Playing Mega Man 2 in 2.5D is worth the slight hassle of getting it set up, and controller detection is perfect.
I'm a little sad that it's gone commercial, but geod deserves the money. I've wishlisted it on Steam, and I'll be buying when I get the chance.
So, this is pretty great. It's a sorta beat-em-up/hack'n'slash combo loaded with roguelike goodness and a sense of humor. I have the full game wishlisted, but honestly the beta was pretty fun. I can only imagine how great it is with more refinement!
