I'm having a great deal of fun with this over on rpg.net. The player-facing rules are delightfully fast in execution, the procedural dungeon generation is inspirational and surprising, and the setting overall is a bit deadly but not too much. The Breath mechanic is particularly good.
This is the game I ripped off / duplicated part of it without even realizing - the way character experiences enhance Action Rolls in the Knife XE is very similar to Brian's adjective-noun-verb character descriptors.
Also, it would be remarkably easy to make this totally player-facing.
