(Mostly) games full of inflation, expansion, stuffing, whatever makes women get bigger in various ways, mostly boobs and bellies. The little blurbs might get out of date over time, but there's a decent chance I'll notice and fix it.
Be aware, I probably wont include any completely broken, unplayable games. Also, I'm pretty biased against VNs and RPG Maker games, and there's almost no chance of any male-focused games to show up in here, but a few might.
It's an awful VN-thing with a quadrillion words, unlikeable characters, a kinda iffy art style, very little player control, and very little lewd content. There are a couple scenes with BE though. Plus I have to give the game props for using custom models.

There WAS more content, but the dev restarted, updated the reboot once, then disappeared from the internet, missing since 2023.
Ugh, you play as a sub, I hate that. There's supposed to be a dom mode, but that's not in yet.
Play as an abused prisoner, get raped and all that, blah blah blah. Even cheating in the game was no fun. I don't understand the people that like this kind of back-breaking submission, it doesn't make sense to me.
Also the game has cumflation mechanics and you can get big. The belly's nice at least.
Janky vore game where the whole gimmick is guessing which direction wont kill you so you can unlock new abilities that make another zone not kill you in a sort of "extra-deadly Metroidvania" thing. You're tiny and everyone wants to eat you, which is great for fans of being prey, but trash for a game.
Being prey also means you have no control of how the preds eat you, so you better hope you like whatever it is they do with you.
Stuff sci-fi clone women in a janky sci-fi clone women sim. Like the rest of this dev's games, expect jank.
Janky attempt at an AI-powered (LLM) text game that features expansion, inflation, tentacle vine plant things, and WG. Cool idea, but doesn't work too well.
Really awful clicker made by someone who doesn't play idle/clicker games, and the gameplay sucks. The paid version has """cumflation""" but it's really just really lumpy weight gain. Say goodbye to your wrists because the game has intentional gates to block idling for too long.
Basic Doom-engine game where you kill and eat anthro hens. A Jam game as of the time I'm posting this, so it's only got two levels.
The player is the one expanding as you eat the hens. You get WAY bigger in the second level.
Terrible gameplay, the first level is just a slog of slowly killing and eating all the helpless hens effortlessly, the second level is just basically a plot dump that ends with a mandatory bad end regardless of how you played the level, which is a pet peeve for me.
Very short.
Cool as an "example" for what the game could be, but IIRC the game never went anywhere.
Game sucks as a game, but contains a lot of videos, expansion, and WG, so just download it and look through the game's image folder, don't bother playing it, it's repetitive and wayy too wordy, with no player freedom and no branching paths.
Idle clicker starring an expanding cowgirl. The game doesn't actually let you idle if you click away, so I kinda have to give this one a pass. Also autoclickers don't work.
Boobs and butts expanding, there might be more than that, but I just couldn't force myself to keep playing. Explore dark caves and wrecks. Game's so slow and unfinished that I can't really recommend it yet (Oct, 2024)
Only played the first game, but that one was really good (though janky).
If it's anything like the first game, it's gonna be loaded with absolutely giant balls of fat.
Basically a tech demo where you grow a fox woman's boobs literally infinitely.
EDIT: Not infinite, but may as well be, the game stops her growth with a warning that the numbers are getting too big and that things will break if she gets any bigger, ha.
One of those "make recipes for customers" games. There's a BE potion, a chubby belly potion, and an inflated belly potion.
Has a weird gimmick where you have to fail making potions on purpose just to see what they do, there's no other way to learn.
Male or female, your pick. Good amount of expansion/WG content for being so short and for it being a Jam game.
Do expansion-focused minigames, get big, complete a big maze twice.
Downside is that half the content is locked behind losses, so to see everything you'll have to lose to everything on purpose at least once, then do it again as the other character, basically playing the game four times.
Memory-based food-prep game where you feed (and overfeed) an immortal furry pharaoh lady by memorizing a recipe then making it. Has a babymode difficulty if you just wanna fill her up. There's also a toggle for belly growth and a toggle for popping (she's fine, she's immortal.)
Action-roguelite / VS-like / bullet heaven game where you explore a haunted mansion and get fucked by "ghosts".
Your main weapon is shooting milk everywhere, so upgrading your boobs' size makes your attacks stronger, and the MC's tits get HUGE.
Basically Super Monkey Ball, but doing more of the level's objectives gives you a bigger and bigger image to ogle.
There's the tutorial, an inflation level, a futa level, a butt+thigh expansion level, and a WG level. There's also a reward for 100%ing the game, but that makes futa mandatory and the game doesn't state what the reward is so I assume it's got more dick in it, so, uh, beware I guess.
One of those "mix potions, get transformed" games, but abandoned and definitely unfinished.
Lots of fetish-gambling, expect turn-offs that you hate as you go, there's no way of predicting what you'll get beforehand.
No tutorials either.
Sidescrolling shmup where dragons inflate each other with fire. One-handed gameplay, haha. Cool game with great bellies, but the difficulty is so low it's almost comical.
Heck if I know, the game starts out as some generic v0.01 RPG Maker game with a couple bellies as a tutorial, then it becomes one of those time-management VNs and I quit.
I think it's basically doing the Persona thing and having you be a generic schoolgirl during the day and a monster-fighting magical girl that inflates when she builds up MP at night. IDK.
RPG Maker game, lots of food, inflation and other shenanigans. Expansion is at the forefront. One of the very few RM games I've seen where you can ALSO inflate the enemies (since they're all custom art.)
The dev only updates like once a year, but this is one of the few RPG Maker games I actually kinda like.
Jam game, it's straight-up Battle Cats but with some fat characters.
Pregnancy plus multiple endings. Gameplay's basically a point n click, including secrets.
GB platformer where you fill Babs with helium or food.
Actually playable on a real Gameboy, IIRC.
Inflation sandbox, tons of bellies. Inflate yourself, inflate others; sizes get pretty crazy, and there's a decent variety of choices to make. No plot, just a sandbox.
Dev's a bit of a flake, so don't expect lots of updates.
Tetris, with bellies. Again. Direct copy of Yuletide Sophia. 1:1 clone with permission as far as I know.
Very lewd (but short) text game where you help someone fill as much as possible. Very customizable, you can REALLY go super nasty if you wanted.
Basically: pick all the settings, who the inflatee will be to you, what they fill with, what parts of her should be filled, then you get a pretty-linear short story of you standing there and inflating every last bit of her with the fluid of your choice.
