(Mostly) games full of inflation, expansion, stuffing, whatever makes women get bigger in various ways, mostly boobs and bellies. The little blurbs might get out of date over time, but there's a decent chance I'll notice and fix it.
Be aware, I probably wont include any completely broken, unplayable games. Also, I'm pretty biased against VNs and RPG Maker games, and there's almost no chance of any male-focused games to show up in here, but a few might.

Kind of a Tetris-like game where you stuff little gremlin things with tons of food. Not very lewd, and the gameplay prevents you from actually watching the characters grow.
Basic "inflate until almost full, don't overshoot" kind of game. Pretty cool as she can get really big, but the game's short, like all the other games made by this dev. Probably my favorite of the bunch though.
Also, Quimbly did a redesign of DEB after this that I think looks gaudy as hell, this "DEB"'s design was repurposed to be Roxanne in the Quimbly game. Name confusion!
Three basic gameplay tests, barely even minigames. Still interesting to look at if you like air inflation.

There's soft vore, digestion, unbirth, whatever; there's a little bit of everything in that ballpark.

Farm kobolds, feed them stuff to transform their shape and sizes to fulfill quests (100 of them. Some can take HOURS.) Better hope you like ALL kinds of kobolds, because you're making them all, whether you like it or not.
Overall a very, shockingly grindy game despite its casual appearance and silly gameplay.

I, and a number of other people, prefer the old version of the game back when it didn't have a gazillion limits and timegates.
Basically a watered down Tomodachi Life, but with WG and stuffing and some upgrades and other stuff to unlock. Characters can get HUGE, or swell up with carbonation, or become a ball of fat the size of the Earth.
Dev's WAY over their head, there's no way this thing's ever gonna be finished or polished, but it's okay as-is I guess, just go naked all the time so character bodies don't clip so much.
Obviously Dr. Mario, but with breast expansion. That's literally all it is, no more, no less.
There's no saving, so expect to have to go through the whole cycle again if you close it or die.
A little prototype game full of unfinished/missing assets. Dev likes to disappear a lot. Feed woman, stretch her gut, feed her more. One of the very few sim games out there where stomach capacity and overall body weight are two different stats.
Tetris, but clearing a line stuffs her. Huge bellies.
Kinda jank donut tossing game where you feed her by throwing donuts from across the room. Stuff gets in the way, but the dev added a cheat button to fire donuts instead of you having to waggle your mouse.
Attack and parry a dragoness, feed her until she gets so big she can't walk anymore. Plays like a shmup.
Eat sweets, get bigger (and wider) then eat more until you've eaten everything, including all the buildings.
The game's a bit short, since it was a Jam project, though.
Play an easy game as a pony with basically no animations so you can see a nice reward pic.

Wander around a big area and inflate/expand/fatten a ton of different anthros and people. Text only, tons of content, lots of secrets. No images, but the game is small enough to fit on a floppy disk and can theoretically run on ANYTHING that has a web browser (even when offline.)
RPG with Bejeweled-bullethell combat, WAY too much padding, an incredibly slow pace, and you get ONE breast expansion scene in the first several hours of the game and she only grows by like one cup size.
Okay game that's more style than substance, I'd honestly just cheat on the game or find someone's save online or something, this game makes my blood boil with how much time it wastes on everything.
A platformer where you steal food from an evil pig queen so you and YOUR queen can eat and gain plenty of weight.
This was probably my favorite of the WG Jam games at the time I originally wrote this blurb. Cool game overall, but I think the dev abandoned the project meant to complete and replace this.
