Hand-drawn elements clash badly with 3D art. Prison looks like something out of a horror title, which clashes with the fantasy cavern.
Did you really have to put the portal in the jumping tutorial? It doesn't even do anything??? There's not even a big change in scenery.
Not a fan of rapidly shifting dimensions. Looks like an epileptic hazard.
That puzzle with the ball feels bad since there's a random chance involved. The party whistle and confetti feels insulting.
Suddenly there's a split screen??? How about you don't??? At least put me before a switch so that I can mentally prepare myself sheesh.
Took me a while to figure out that levers and doors are color-coded. Other than that, the puzzle progression is okay. I respect the split screen puzzle for the layout.
I like how the whole environment changes once you walk through a door.
Maybe the original room can change based on where you are -> puzzle solving?
This is amazing.
Lovely art and character design, everything looks so pretty even with the limited palette.
The mechanics are solid. I like that you have an option to throw away your cake and start again.
The narrative is just perfect? I like how funny and lighthearted it is. It's a big plus that the game is so short and there are so little steps, so you can try different things if you didn't make something right the first time.
And lol poor frog! It's such a nice touch.
