Please check if someone else has posted the same bug before you post. If so, you can link to your log file on that thread.
Please clearly indicate your version number. Explain in detail what conditions cause the bug and what happens when you experience the bug.
It would be handy to attach a log file to help us fix the bug. You can find your log at %appdata%/RetroBots_Online/Logs
To be super helpful, you could turn on debug mode (Alt+F1) when trying to replicate the bug. This will make sure all actions are logged immediately.
