Progress Update

Hey everyone! Just dropping in to let you know that the upcoming update is progressing smoothly. However, I’ll have to put in some extra hours at my regular job next week, so development might slow down slightly during that time.

On a more exciting note: I’m getting a new PC in the coming weeks! I won’t get too deep into the technical details, but I’m finally getting a dedicated GPU and jumping nine generations ahead on the CPU front. You’ll almost certainly notice some improvements in the visuals going forward.

That said, those improvements will likely kick in mid-update, since redoing every single image I’ve already created for this update (almost 300 so far!) just isn’t feasible. Still, I’ll be going back to reshoot the animations for Mom’s event, which is already finished—and I know you’re all going to love it. 😉
