Hi everyone! 

As the title suggests, development is picking back up and I'm sorry that it disappeared for a month. Now you may be asking, "What happened?" "Why did development stop?" "Will you vanish again?" Dear reader, I hope to answer these to the best of my ability.

     The reason that development was put on pause was that, long story short, there was a bunch of drama between us few core devs - this does not include anybody who has joined the project after it become public. This led to us not working on the game for a few weeks and eventually, I stepped in to take over the project and have been working on how to continue in the last week. In losing the others, we did lose another creative head and our programmer (that's a position that may end up being up for grabs). If you applied in the second round of hiring, please check your email to see if you have received further instructions - or if you will soon.

     As for if I will vanish again, no, I will not. If development is paused or stopped in the future, I will make an announcement, but for now it's in full swing. However, I will be posting less often than before. You probably won't hear from me regarding progress again until I finish up pre-production. A post regarding the 3rd round of hiring may end up being made next week, though it's going to depend on how many people from the 2nd round we end up working with. As for everyone I am currently working with, and I'll email this to you as well, I will not be requesting assets from you for the game until the pre-production stage is complete so I know exactly what I need - and that goes for any potential new hires as well outside of application. Just know that the project is no longer dead or delayed, even if it ends up being another month or 2 before I post on here again and I'm sorry for vanishing for so long.
