JBOStudios 2025 Roadmap Our Road Map
This year we’re bringing you new games, emotional storytelling, and creative side projects that celebrate real human artistry in a digital world.
Here's what’s coming:
Hollowforge
A first-person survival thriller focused on stealth and tactical strikes. You’ll navigate a hostile world where staying quiet and smart is key to surviving against fiendish enemies.
Mars: The Tale of Eden
A mythic sci-fi journey across a forgotten colony that once believed Mars was Eden. This story-driven experience explores themes of memory, faith, and loss.
New Monster Game (TBA)
A spiritual successor to "Prince Arthur: Monsters of Albion." It will expand on the folklore and tactical mechanics you loved, with new monsters and a haunting atmosphere.
Naomi: Daughter of the Black Samurai
A historical narrative game following the fictional granddaughter of Yasuke. Explore Sengoku-era Japan and uncover a deeply personal tale. Chapter One will be released soon at a low price due to its niche focus.
The Gal
An interactive digital gallery celebrating the life’s work of a real-world artist. In an age of AI, this is our commitment to preserving art made by real people.
Japanese Fairytales on YouTube
A new series sharing gentle, narrated stories from Japanese folklore—perfect for classrooms, families, or anyone who loves peaceful storytelling.
Music for Mental Health and Wellbeing
We’re producing original music and lo-fi beats designed to calm the mind and promote emotional balance—some inspired by our games, others made for relaxation.
Samurai-Themed Twitch Channel (Coming Soon)
We're planning a Twitch channel focused on peaceful gameplay, storytelling, and Japanese aesthetics. It’s early days, but we're excited to build this out.
History Game Bundle
A collection of educational games including "Guy Fawkes," "Luddites," and "Library of Alexandria," plus a few surprises. Designed to make history come alive through play.
Interviews and Indie Spotlights
We’re adding new blog content featuring conversations with indie developers, artists, and creators from around the world.
Thank You
Whether you're here for the folklore, the music, the monsters, or the myth, thank you for supporting indie games made with heart.
