While working on one of my (secret 😉) projects, I ran into a game-breaking bug that completely crashed Unreal Engine. At first, I thought, no big deal—probably lost 10 minutes of work.
But when I reopened UE4… three months of progress were gone. 😱
I spent two hours recovering everything and another two hours fixing the bug, which turned out to be something ridiculously simple—a single sound playing infinitely and overloading the engine. The fix? Just adding a delay function.
Lesson learned: ALWAYS have backups. And never underestimate how much damage one tiny bug can cause. 😅
