Recently, we received a comment that this game was suspected to be malware, so we investigated and found that VBA32 had recognized this game as malware on VirusTotal, a website that uses various diagnostic tools to simulate malware diagnosis results.

We received a reply from the Pixel Game Maker MV contact form.

In summary

- The detected dlls are libcrypto-1_1.dll, libmpg123.dll, libssl-1_1.dll, and mozjs-33.dll, which are commonly used in many software, and are all legitimate.

↑Of course, these dlls have not been rewritten.

- Even if you try to report a false positive using the Belarusian diagnostic software VBA32, you will get a [404] error and will not be able to access it (apparently access from Japan may be blocked).

- The official version of Pixel Game Maker MV itself does not contain any malware.
