Starting My First Game "Lost in Entropy" (RPG Maker)

Finally posting on here!

I'm working on a game called "Lost in Entropy." It's my first game ever, I've messed around a bit in rpg maker and got some sprites, concept art, and currently working on the base script. It is supposed to be a game based off of my own experiences, something I want to turn into art somehow. I've learned a lot on how to use different RPG maker plugins and recently added bust sprites!

My character Silas's  design was changed very recently, which is why some of the sprites look really different. I decided I wanted him to look more of a "blank slate" for now and he'll gain more personality in his design later in the game. (This is story relavant)

It takes place in an unbalanced dream-like world kind of inspired by Yume Nikki and Silent hill. I've also learned to use a plug in that lets you utlize the numbers keys so Silas can switch between a cat form and a human form for naviagation and puzzles. I'm still figuring out puzzles though. Puzzles are definetely the hardest thing I've had to come up with so far. I want to try and study other games and how they do puzzles.

The story is supposed to be that Silas is being hunted by a wolf that's representative of Silas's own inner demons.  Silas is on a journey of rediscovering who he is after trauma, feeling like his true self "died" in a way. More so, he abandoned the old version of himself for survival. There's also a side plot with a scientist character named Sebastian. Another thing is I'm still figuring out how much is good to share without accidently spoiling my own game..

For now, I want to share more concept art and a video I made that's pretty old but still gives you an idea for what I'm going for.

(sorry this one looks kinda weird lol)
