I’ve recently updated some DNS settings, which might cause issues with my extensions in certain parts of the world. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours, so if your Bridge isn’t connecting or an extension stops working, please uninstall the affected extension temporarily and try reinstalling it later. Thank you for your patience!

To work around this, you can temporarily change your DNS servers. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Open Network Settings:

   • Right-click on the network icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner) and select Open Network & Internet settings.

2. Change Adapter Options:

   • Click on Change adapter options.

3. Configure DNS Settings:

   • Right-click on your active network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) and select Properties.
   • Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
   • Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
   • Enter the following DNS address confirmed to be working closest to your location:
     • Aureon DNS: 207.177.68.4 (US)
     • Prioritytelecom Spain: 212.230.255.1 (Spain)
     • Verizon Deutschland: 194.172.160.4 (Germany)
     • Pacific Internet: 61.8.0.113 ( Australia)
   • Click OK to save the settings.

4. Flush DNS Cache:

   • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
   • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter to clear your local DNS cache.
