Hello everyone, just popping by with a little update! I've added community copies to all of my paid TTRPGs. If you can pay for the games, I would really appreciate it, but as someone who doesn't have a whole lot of expendable cash myself, I totally get it if you'd rather claim one. Mostly, I just want people to try out my games, and I hope this will give a few more people the ability to play them! The games in question are Geas, Pantheon, and Oh, Bury Me Not. I hope you can give them a try now if you couldn't before!
Also, I'm planning on making my first ever SRD! As you can probably tell, I like making my systems whole cloth for games, and I'm really thinking the system that I made for Oh, Bury Me Not is one that could be a lot of fun to see other people hack. I'm going to be calling it the Campfire Stories System, as that sort of storytelling is what inspired Oh, Bury Me Not's format. When I release it, I'm probably gonna host a jam, because I really wanna see what people can come up with using that style of storytelling.
Speaking of jams, I did a pretty horrible job of promoting this in July (spoons 馃槄), but I've been hosting another Function Disabled Jam this year! Function Disabled is a disability pride jam; any disabled person is allowed to submit a game (honor system, obviously!) Disability Pride month may be over, but I've extended the jam through September to make up for my crummy advertising. I hope you to see y'all join it!
Other stuff in the works: More games! I've got one big TTRPG that needs to go through "initial" playtesting (technically it was playtested before, but... well, lets just say it was completely overhauled) and one little TTRPG I'm making for the Function Disabled Jam. That's just what I have in my drafts at the moment, though; I'm always searching for inspiration. Something I especially really want to do is get more smaller games under my belt.
Thanks for reading this! I'll try to remember to make blog posts more often, but to be honest they make me kinda nervous, not sure why. Hope to see you all around!
