Hub World Textures

The game was not loading textures to the levels. When loading into the hub world, we were noticing that 60-70% of the props were using the default grey checkerboard texture. This meant users would be having a less than ideal experience with the very start of our game.  After doing so debugging and researching the issue, I was able to find that the cause was Nanite's integration with the materials being added. I was able disable nanite, re-apply the texture, change the layer of the UV mapping, and rebuild the project to fix the issue. This resulted in the textures loading properly and our users will have a more impactful first impression.
