I am presently brainstorming several ideas for the story and gameplay. I have come up with a few interesting ideas for side quests and characters so far.  Once I am able to be in a stable place a little more long term I will start implementing the ideas I currently have in an order I believe they should happen in flow of the story. I feel this will be an important part long term since this project will be likely a decently large game. Assuming I am able to add everything I want. I may split it up to either dlcs or if I have enough ideas with the main game and a few dlcs completed I may work on a second game entirely. I have a lot of ideas I want to implement they just keep flowing hopefully I can do so in a timely fashion I want to complete this game. As I am having a blast doing so.
