I got this crazy idea, what if I make a world for mmorpg, where all heroes are npc and all npc have their own personality, story and life. So does the monsters. We will basically have a world where both monsters and npcs level up, learn skills, fight each other within the rule of the world. (Maybe rule will also be generated procedurally ;p).
First target is the simulation in a small grid where few npcs reacts to each other and environment in different way, giving them a false sense of personality.
