Have you ever wanted to go and play a fun lil gambling game and wished you could lose someone else's money instead of your own? Have no fear, IrishJiminy is here! I have created the game for you.  Crank Casino is a small Playdate game focused on earning money by being both lucky and strategic.  Sure you can max bet all day everyday butttt if you lose all the money that the casino loaned to you before you finish your 10 turn run, well then they won't loan you quite as much next time. BUT if you can show how good you are with your funds and finish all 10 turns and have money/winnings left to your name, well they think you are much more favorable and will loan you more to start your next run!

Crank Casino is a roguelike- gambling experience. The demo will feature one fully fleshed out game, Coin Flip.  I have 2 other games planned within the Casino to make it really feel like a complete experience.  It even tracks the previous flips (even if you leave and come back, the previous flips stay from run to run) so that way, like any good gambler, you can make the best bet. Because everyone knows, even if it's 50/50 on a coinflip, when it's been heads 7 times, the next flip HAS to be tails.,,,right?  

The point of the game is to take the initial money you are loaned, get as much winnings as you can, and then go to the shop to buy items! Some items include:

- higher chance to win

- get some free winnings regardless of win or lose

- get a refund of a portion of your gamble even if you lose

- and so much more!

This is truly the first game I've made where I find myself glued to the screen going "Ohhhh boy well you've flipped heads 7 times now.  You haven't seen a fraction of my power you silly casino, MAX BET ON TAILS!!!     ....  well crap. Guess I'll start another run"

Coming soon to an itchio near you!  The demo will come out first with the one game and I will take feedback I get from that to expand upon the idea and generate the next 2 games.  I am really hoping for some good feedback from this one because I want to make the best game I can for a chance to get onto the Catalog!
