Pixel Jam: Day 4 Devlog "Wittle Warnings"

Hello everyone, today I'm taking on a different structure and doing everything all in one video rather than the 3-4 spread out ones in the past 2 devlogs

Today I worked on fleshing out most of the beta stuff 
increasing readability 
and just... doing stuff as per 





first of all you can see me click a black box at the beginning of the video.
this is me testing out the title screen and having everything load correctly, 

secondly you'll notice the new bar at the bottom, so far it holds 3 little ink droplets which represents how many times you can dash, 
every bar holds 3 dashes meaning you can dash nine times when its completely full, (though I might change it so you can dash infinitely and the droplets only pertain toward your attacks) 
later this bar will house the seal and calamari's HP bars.

thirdly you'll also notice I added red warnings to every attack and even added a new one where the seal goes on the bottom and will in the future spray out a bunch of bubbles (kind of like a variation of the one on the top mixed with the wind one)

last and probably least I reworked some projectile sprites and the ways some distribute to make things more readable.

pretty much it for day 4, I still got a lot ahead of me but I'm slowly but surely getting there.
