So I tried to go to support to refund a game, yet they refused bc I downloaded the files, and played the game before going to support with request of refunding it. Is there any way I can refund??? The game's price turned out to be much lower on steam, and in my country it's especially bigger gap in the price. I really need a refund, can't I just delete those files, provide the evidence they're gone and get it???
