Welcome Home, Voyager. . .
. . . I'm sure you have quite the story to tell. . .

Yo'!
I'm Shadss,--
Or, Skum. Or 'T'. Or, whatever you wanna' call me, really. I've been inkin' pages for a while now, cooking up this little project on the sidelines for years up to this point. I'd like to say that I've been writing for as long as I can remember, but, hell,- my memory ain't the best to begin with, and I've never been one much for cliche's.
I've been wanting to tell stories, in some form, forever. Endings never clicked with me all too much, though,- and I found something out about myself along the way that put a quick stop to any ideas of becoming a best-seller. I was far more interested in hearing your stories than I ever was in just tellin' 'em to a page. Memories are meant to be shared. Stories are meant to be shared, I believe.
I'd like to think, as I hope many others may,- all creation is about stories, and the stories of in themselves that are made in it's wake.
What I hope to do, as I start my path down Game Development, is share stories. Some, my own,- but a vast majority, ones I've made with countless others I was lucky enough to have influence my writes. Over that,- what I want to do is give the player a world, and a platform, and let them create their own story within it's rails.
I want to create emotions, and memories, and thoughts. Create energy. Ideas. Sorrow, and joy, and strife, and triumph, and rage all the same,-- It's what games are all about, at the end of the day.
All arts, if I may be so bold as to claim, are about this in some regard. Display, or rememberance, or invigoration of such feelings. Such memories. Such stories.
All, tales to be told.
Which, all in all, is why I'm here today. I want to hear your stories. The ones you make,- and the ones you mold, that I've made for you. Starting Game-Development in an official capacity like this is certainly a step in the right direction.
Currently,- We have two projects underway. All of the projects under the EGO Collections share an intertwined universe, timeline, and conflicting loreset.
These tales take place in the Garden of Eden,- what was left of the Milky Way after time, cataclysm, and sentia's thirst for ever-expansion ate itself, over eon. You play as one or many of the quite-near-limitless selection of 'Voyagers',-- those that inhabit the stars, spacial bodies, and civilizations within The Garden.
Though the stars you hail from vary, and the path you walk will twist, The Garden bares strife as it always has,- as it always will. Technology oft has been abandoned for mystic ritual, and gunsmoke,-- and in some realms, it holds true. Tonic and potion, in place of medical care and heartbeat monitor. Magic flick, in place of battered blade, or loaded brass.
At it's core, The Garden holds a beautiful conflict. Soul of the Character, versus Magicks of the Void, versus Technologies of otherwordly magnitude,- all in an eternal arms-rash, and glorious clash. Fantastical beasts from split rift facing Tribal Shaman and Power-Armor-Clad'd Warlord alike.
This conflict, in all its parts, is what I wish to display, examine, and share with you throughout the course of many of my future projects.
Currently, we have two in line, with a few more in the works.

And,-!
That's uh,-. . . That's it!
Well, shit, when you put it all out in a page like that it doesn't look like a whole lot, now does it? Eesh.
Listen,- in all honesty, this is more of a 'cornerstone' sorta' deal, anyway. A 'foot-in-the-door' kinda' thing, for future Dev-Logs, Posts, and whatever else I whip up on the side-lines! I got tons of more projects on the way, but they ain't even got a file in Godot yet so I don't feel right putting 'em on the list. This stuff is real,- and well on it's way to becoming tangible, with a lil' time.
I've already learned so much about so many different trades starting this,- modeling and coding and audio-mixing and marketing. . . So much shit that, even if this gets washed down the water-way, I'll walk away from it a better craftsmen. But,- I certainly don't hope that's the outcome, cus' I got so much more I need to learn.
And, from this point out, I'd like to share what I learn, and make, with you.
Stay safe out there, and when the time comes, I hope to see you back. I can't wait to show you what I got on deck, then. In the meanwhile, if you want to keep up to date with /everything/,- feel free to check out the Dev-Team's socials, as we'll post semi-regular updates there.
Til' then though, Voyager,--
I'll be seein' you.
