Last Chance to Back Wardensaga Remastered on Kickstarter

Runecairn Wardensaga Remastered. Vibrant blue and magenta, burning Viking warrior wielding two swords and surrounded by the charred and yearning dead. Art by CROM.

Runecairn Wardensaga Remastered has been a hit on Kickstarter! We’ve smashed through the funding and all stretch goals, including unlocking Into the Nine Realms, a brand-new collection of 1-page dungeons for Runecairn in PDF and print!

Runecairn is a Norse fantasy tabletop roleplaying game written and designed by Colin Le Sueur and inspired by games like Dark Souls and Elden Ring. Based on lightweight new school revolution (NSR) systems Into the Odd and Cairn, Runecairn is designed for 2 players, one GM (the Warden) and one player (the Adventurer).

Choose between the killer cover from CROM and the fully painted wraparound variant from Blue Fern Arts (Annemieke van Barlingen), or go for a bundle and get both, including a hardcover copy of the Runecairn Bestiary!

Runecairn Wardensaga variant cover. Vibrant painting of a shieldmaiden with dark skin and black hair overlooking a valley. There’s a stone cairn in the midground and a massive snake skeleton in the background. Brilliant mix of reds and yellows. Art by Annemieke van Barlingen.

All physical backers get a printed copy of Into the Nine Realms, a 24-page collection of 1-page dungeons for Runecairn with 8 stunning full-page illustrations from Felipe Faria.

Runecairn: Into the Nine Realms. Colourful and stylised cover depicting an enormous green tree with a red serpent wrapped around it. A lone adventurer watches the dragon, stood outside a cave and near stone steps leading to adventure.

The campaign runs until Thursday, Feb 22 at 13.59 GMT / 08:59AM (ET) so you’ve still got time to secure a copy!
