Hello everyone (I'm assuming like 3 people). Been a while, hasn't it? I've wanted to make things and put them up here for a while now, but I kept talking myself out of it. It was always something like "oh, it won't come out the way you want to", or "you have more important things to focus on", or "you're just not talented enough". I'm quite sick of this, and that's why I'm writing this

         Inspired by a recent (and slightly disturbing) dream I had, I've decided to kick procrastination in the head and finally make something. Even if it's just one really small stupid thing that I won't even be happy with in the end, I don't care because I just want it to be MADE

         So, here's a promise: I, Dave Guyperson, wholeheartedly promise that by the time I turn 18 (which is in a short while), I will have performed the following actions and upload the products that result of such actions upon the internet:       

                  -Finish the second chapter of EVERYONE IS DEAD;

                 -Develop the game I dreamed of, even if only in demo form;

         I may also work on/publish the following projects in the allotted time, optionally:

                -One or more musical pieces (probably instrumental);

                 -Create an online place in which I can put up current/future projects, as well as writings;

         If I fail in carrying out this promise, I hereby promise to record audio of me slapping myself in the face really really hard, and put it up here for anyone and everyone to listen. If I, yet again, fail to meet my self-imposed challenge one month after the deadline, I'll slap myself again. This will repeat for every month I fail to do this.

         Hopefully, that will be enough to motivate me to finish these projects. 17 year old me hasn't really done that much, in my opinion. Certainly less than 14 and 15 year old me. Hell, even less than 16 year old me (who made like, one music video in Windows Movie Maker)! So, I'm hoping I go out in a bang, pave the way for 18 year old me to just absolutely fuckin' SWEEP. A redemption, if you will.

         Absurdly flowery language aside, I really REALLY want to finish at least one of the projects I mentioned by the end of February. So, if everything goes well, all 2 of my fans will have something to look forward to in about a month. I have no idea how this is going to go (especially since the game I dreamed seemed to be drastically different to all the stuff I've made so far), but I'll do my best.
