I just made an account just so I could write this post. 

Since October of 2023 I haven't been able to download or the moments I'm able to download it stops downloading around 30% - 80% percent.  

So I tried using some troubleshooting tips 

• Change internet connection 

• Download on a different device 

• Tried alternate download mode

• And much more 

Maybe it just itch being itch but can I  get a hand?
