It's been long since the last snow fell on Pluto.

Dear everybody,

I know my silence is expected, given my online nick, and it should be continually expected of me, at least for a little longer. I have started University after years in the workforce as I want to further develop my professional skill within the ‘artisanstry’ of Brewing and the Fermentation Sciences. But there might be a star to follow in the dark winter nights, bringing us all into save harbor, as I will have more time to develop my projects.

I am working on a project which incorporates roleplaying elements with war gaming to tell tales of large adventures. Focusing on collaborative play between the players to further the development of a narrative around their companies and characters. It utilizes strange magic and silly heroics, so it is not meant to be too self-serious yet not so comedic that you are required to blunt a bit before playing either. This project is a love letter to my own childhood memories of collecting miniatures and roleplaying stories on my ‘city’ rug every child in the 2000’s most likely had. All I hope for with this project is that it is coherent and people find some fun reading it. If you play it, that’s a bonus for me. :)

My sci-fi stuff is still on the table and I will probably port it to a stand-alone setting type of book. With campaign ideas and moving it all toward a more ‘me’ type of sci-fi, taking inspiration from various books that I feel need the love from the world. There isn’t much to say as I haven’t started anything definitely yet.

Another idea on the chopping block is an urban/hidden fantasy akin to Rivers of London, which I am a fan off, having the characters be normal people who are dragged into the weird and wonderful world of the supernatural. If anybody can recommend something similar to this, please contact me!

That is all for now. Hope to start being active again here and on my own personal blog. :)

Best Regards, IP
