Version Update!

V 0.1.695 - "A New Era"

Client performance has been improved yet again, and bug reports have been applied to this new version of LoA.

Some notable changes include:

- Added new day/night management system

- Added 1 new mob in frost gorge

- Adjusted lighting performance

- Adjusted target text

- Adjusted warzone blooded gulch

- Adjusted no respawn mob deaths

- Adjusted tick rates on actor and ui elements

- Adjusted mimic meshes

- Adjusted mimic creature spawns

- Adjusted DC handling for instant relog

- Adjusted some surface material types for step sounds

- Adjusted some mob projectiles

- Adjusted spirit wolf stun rate

- Adjusted some tooltips on the HUD
