Another month gone and I'm hyped for stuff! :D
First of all, I would like for you to check out HusbandoGoddess’ new Yuri Jam VN Intoxicating! I made the bar background and had a blast painting it! Everyone on the team is skilled and phenomenal too, so please check it out and see all the hard work everyone did!
As for what I did in the month, well personal stuff has cropped up in my life again so a good portion of the month was tending to that, and it's going to continue into December. Don't worry, it's good and I'm excited for it! But it does mean that Terrible Time won't be worked on as much as I liked since my hands are tied. Doesn't mean I won't work on it, but I have things I need to put before it.
The good news is that I am about 75% done editing the thing I've been editing for the past few months! Yay! I want to finish that first before doing any work on Terrible Time though, so hopefully I can get that finished sooner than later!
I also was able to poke at some code and figured out how to make animated text toggleable! Turns out Daniel Westfall, the person who made the code in the first place, made a post on Lemma Soft Forums on adding some code to add an option in preferences. If you're a Ren'Py dev who is also using his animated text code, I highly suggest having it toggleable and checking out how to do it here!
I also got a good base code done for an endings/hints screen (thank you to Gaming Variety Potato for the suggestion and their devlog on how they did their screen)! So at some point in the short future, most of my games are going to have an update that includes the animated text toggle, an endings screen, and also a better way to see what ending you're going towards in the GUI. It's just like I said before, my hands are tied so I can't update them as quickly as I like orz
As for the upcoming month, I may not do that much dev aside from those QoL updates due to not only my hands being tied up, but because of drawing too! We shall see what I'm able to do, but at least figuring out the code isn't weighing on my mind anymore. It's just trying to implement it in all my games.
Well, that's all I can say for now! I hope you all have a nice upcoming holiday, and see you on New Years~!
