Grid Making

Hello everyone my name is Armando J. Cardoso, but please call me AJ, I have taken up the challenge to make the grid for combat levels. So I will be giving a break down as to where I am at and how I got here. 

When I first started out I had to go back and research the math behind hexagonal grids because unlike an ordinary square grid every row needs to be offset the previous. I originally planned to have it be set up with a hexagonal manager but I am internally fighting with myself because I do not think I want the grid to be made at run-time. Well that was day one so come back for day 2.
