Holy shit, the new IS ALOT BETTER, the curves, her eyes, the clothes are better too, well, her eyes and curves was the best ones, hands/arms too they got less "cartoonist" idk how to say, but got better, I think everybody saw the boobs, but the skin too, got Brighter, and the hair too, the lips are more "realist", the nose, well, everything is better, the new art is perfect.
She's a cutie! Her eyes are much better (good alignment, less ditzy), and I like the slightly sharper nose and accented lips. Her collarbones look a bit long, and I'd add some extra highlights to her arms/legs as you've done the chest for that "sea-sprayed look". But overall, nice improvements!
