In this update, you have access to 4 more settings: 

- Multiple hits: On: Needs about 5-6 hits to kill a NPC. Off: one hit kill

- Blood Decals: to turn on/off blood decals

- Blood Gush: to turn on/off blood gush effects

- Dismemberment: to turn on/off dismemberment
