Weekly Devlog 1: My Unity Journey

Hi, my name is Pebble(not really). I've been learning how to make games for the past few weeks now, having no experience whatsoever in Unity. I've decided to make this devlog with the goal of keeping myself motivated to actually make games. When I first got into learning Unity, I always thought it would be easy. I was wrong. Learning Unity has been very challenging for my smooth brain, and I've only just figured out how to use basic systems and write basic code that works alright. Brackeys was my saving grace.  My Goal for this month is to familiarize myself enough with Unity to make a few game prototypes, then I will attempt the GMTK game jam 2023 in July to test my skills. This probably won't be easy, but you know what they say, you don't learn anything if you don't fail... , and I'm probably going to fail.

This week I managed to cobble together a simple pong clone that you can play with your friends. I'll try to upload here.
