The final push!
We are so excited to see how the game is turning out after the whole year of production and development. Making the last adjustments and finalizing the product. Mainly the development team focused on finishing the game and improving the overall user experience based on the feedback from our players.
We started the last milestone planning by comparing the results of our latest playtest with the previous one. We found that our changes had a positive impact on the gameplay, but there were still some areas that needed improvement. Based on this, we made a list of tasks to address these issues. The next stage was to prioritize and discuss with the technical team of developers what is possible to achieve and fix. The final task list consisted of fixing mini-game controls and shaders in the first place.
Our team then concentrated on improving the user experience (UX) of the game. We received a lot of valuable feedback from our players about the UX, so we decided to prioritize these changes. We re-imagedned the game's shader system to make navigation more intuitive, streamlined, and user-friendly. We also made some changes to the game's controls to make them more responsive and easier to use.
Additionally, we addressed several minor bugs that were reported by players during the playtest. We fixed issues with the game's collision detection, optimized the game's performance, and resolved some minor graphical glitches.
Finally, we focused on finishing the game. Our team worked on designing and implementing the final level of the game, polishing up the game's graphics, and finalizing the game's adverts and narrative.
