Viral Marketing:
Creating a message or post that is accessible and likely to spread quickly through social media, is known as viral marketing (Kagan, 2022). Making interesting, creative, or motivating videos, using various hashtags, or creating a new viral challenge or hopping into already popular one, that invites users to take part and share their challenge attempts.
Influencer Marketing:
This involves collaborating with influencers who have a huge amount of followers on the site (Bretous, 2022). The most popular social media platform to find influencers is Instagram and TikTok as it is more modern than Facebook and more likely to be used by the younger generation. Influencers can produce paid posts, stories, tiktoks, or reels that highlight the products or services offered by a brand, and their followers can interact with the content by liking, commenting, and sharing it.
Forums:
Using forums that are related to company products and services they provide, is a very effective method to interact with their target audience (Patel, 2023). Company can position themselves as leaders in their field and gain the confidence of potential customers by taking part in discussions, responding to comments, and offering useful information. Even though participating in forums takes time, it can be a very efficient way to improve brand recognition, develop relationships, and generate leads.
