Hi all!  I have updated the page for Trolley Follies to no longer accept donations through Itch.  First I would like to extend a gracious thank you to all who have donated in the past and have purchased physical copies.  

This game was put onto Itch way back in 2018.  Since then a little less than $30 was donated.  I didn't put this game on Itch to try to make money just as a way to release the game and get it into the hands of retro gamers everywhere!

However I was curious if any of these donations were actually getting to me and so I looked into the transaction history and found that indeed they are not.  I don't want to get into all of the technical details about it but I'll just say that although many well meaning people out there have tried to show me their appreciation by donating a little here or there unfortunately it looks like although Itch got their cut and paypal (presumably) got their cut, for whatever reason I didn't get a single penny.  

I'm not upset over missing out on a mere $30 but I am displeased that after reaching out to Itch support on the matter they chose to ignore me.  So my only recourse is to remove the potential that this will happen again by removing the donation option.
