Like my other adult games lists, this list primarily features games that have themes of bondage, female domination, spanking, exhibitionism, and other miscellaneous things of interest. What I found particularly interesting about this game is the way it does its events. If you fail certain tasks, it will give you one outcome for that part of the story, and if you succeed, things may proceed differently instead. Often the end result for the plot is similar, but the events you get to see can at times be very different, and that includes the adult content moments too.

This is a really in-depth project with a lot going for it. "Season 1" content is already longer than many other games out there, with a full story and everything all presented, and that's not even counting "Season 2" content which is currently in active development at the time of writing.
The primary theme of the game is exhibitionism. The main character is female, and there are both male and female sex scenes in the game, but you are prompted beforehand when a choice will lead to a scene with a particular character, so it is possible to avoid many scenes of a certain nature if you prefer to take a specific path.
Masturbation is a prevalent theme that plays out in many of the scenes, as well as lesbian sexual encounters. There are a number of shower scenes, and some pee scenes in the game too, and even a spanking or bondage related scene or two on rare occasion. The story gets intense at times, but generally interesting and engaging. The cast of characters and their naked excursions are the main draw though of course, and just about every possible scenario you can think of with regards to taking naked risks and "accidental mishaps" in public are packed in here.
The game's creators even integrated real-life social media accounts into the experience, that can (optionally) be accessed for further content directly related to the game's story events. It's a rather ingenious approach. You can find out the full details from the Itch.io page or their website.

My Notes:
This game is more than your run-of-the-mill visual novel. It is an interesting hybrid style game primarily about managing a bath house using management/sim features, servicing customers, and making sure the people working there are behaving themselves properly. Punishment for poor conduct takes the form of spankings, and they are animated scenes too. The game has an intriguing premise, as it switches back and forth between management tasks and visual novel scenes, and there is a lot of quality enjoyment to be had here. It's a fun and unique experience among the genre I think.
You are also able to fine-tune the experience to your liking, including character creation options, as well as scene settings. You can toggle male or female protagonists, as well as whether or not you will see certain genders in adult or spanking scenes, and you even have control over the gender of the person performing the spankings, and those receiving them. You can also control the intensity of the spankings shown in the scenes. It's quite thorough and robust with the options it gives players.

According to its VNDB.org listing, it features peeing related content and lactation during sex, as well as being weighted heavily towards their "paraphilic infantilism" category, so diaper content is assumed to be present. The premise seems to be an older woman having maternal desires expressed in a sexual way towards the male protagonist. The tags on the DMM page include breast milk and scatology content.
Going by the available CG images on the DMM page and VNDB however, it looks like a lot of "vanilla sex" as far as the adult scenes go. There is one that shows breastfeeding, but other than that, it's hard to confirm without playing it myself.
