Affix Progress

I'm posting this explicitly because the affix plugin is taking longer than anticipated. Which is due mainly to it's complexity, and behavior. I'm adding in stackable effects, several varieties of conditional procs, and follow-up properties (effects that can proc after certain triggers). It will require a lot of menu navigation within the plugin parameters, but I'm combining several different simultaneous layers (optional quality super prefix + suffix layer + property layers without a visible affix + property layers for equipment families). The equipment family layer assumes global static properties that are shared amongst multiple database weapons or armor. So while I have made a fair bit of progress, this one is going to be somewhat dense. It is worth noting as a reminder that while this system is fairly modular (in that plugin systems can be ignored and it all still functions), all the SLT independent Item plugins should be used with SLT Item Foundation. There needs to be a specialty layer for parameter and property aggregation that feeds into the overall system math, and for display with custom scenes (the Repair scene in Durability is the only one released thus far).  It won't take long in the scheme of things, but I want to make sure a sufficient quantity of triggers and effects are available upon release, with JSON coding use being reserved for edge cases. Still I apologize for the delay if anyone has been waiting to test the system as a cohesive whole.
